At Postmark & Prose, every letter is a one-of-a-kind creation, crafted with care based on your unique answers and intentions. Because of this personal nature, our returns and cancellations policy is different from standard online purchases.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, personalized and custom-made products are exempt from the usual 14-day return period.

This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our letter products, as each one is written specifically for you or your recipient and cannot be resold.

🛑 Right of Withdrawal Waiver

By placing your order, you agree that:

• The product is custom-made to your specifications.

• You forfeit your right to cancel or return the order under Article 6:230p sub f BW of the Dutch Civil Code.

✅ When You Can Cancel

You may cancel your order:

• Within 1 hour of purchase if we have not yet begun writing your letter.

• After that, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized production process.
