We currently ship within:

• The Netherlands

• European Union (EU)

• Outside the EU

📮 Delivery Methods

• Within the Netherlands
  We ship using PostNL letterbox parcels, no need to be home for delivery.
  Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Within the EU
  We ship with DHL or PostNL, depending on the destination.
  Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Outside the EU

  We ship using DHL

  Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days after dispatch.

All letters are sent as letterbox parcels to preserve their delicate presentation and ensure easy delivery.

💌 Processing Time

Each letter is handwritten and custom-created.
Please allow up to 5 business days for preparation before your order is shipped.

We offer flat-rate shipping for simplicity:
